Friday, May 3, 2019 – Master Class Workshops and Showcase Performance
Saturday, May 4, 2019 – Master Class Workshops and Stars Gala Performance

Festival Registration Fee: $125

Includes 5 hours of Master Class Workshops, one participant ticket to the Showcase and one participant ticket to the Stars Gala.

Teacher Registration Fee: $45*

Teacher registration includes observation for all master classes, entrance for showcase, and entrance for Stars Gala.
*If you have more than 6 students registered, you will receive one complementary teacher registration. If you have more than 10 students registered, you will receive two complementary teacher registrations.

Showcase Categories

Ballet: Piece must consist of ballet or pointe technique.
• Contemporary/Modern/Lyrical/Jazz: Pieces demonstrating the dance style and technique
• Open: (Hip Hop/Musical Theatre/Tap/Flamenco/Acro) Piece that demonstrates dance style or combination of dance styles.

Showcase Divisions

• Junior Solo (8-11 years old)
• Teen Solo (12 to 14 years old)
• Senior Solo (15 to 19 years old)
• Ensemble (2 or more dancers)
• Professional Solo/Ensemble (20 years and up)
(Ages for solos are as of January 1, 2019)

Time Limits

• Solos: Max. 2 mins/30 seconds (2:30)
• Ensembles:
– 2-3 dancers – Max. 2 mins/30 seconds (2:30)
– 4-8 dancers – Max. 3 mins/30 sec. (3:30)
– 9 or more dancer – Max. 5:00 minutes

Showcase Entry Fees

Solo – $65 per piece
Ensemble – $45 per dancer

*Available Scholarships and Awards – to be announced
*Tickets to Showcase will be available for purchase at the Jo Long Theater the day of the Showcase.
*Tickets to Stars Gala will be available for purchase on Ticketmaster.com and at the Jo Long Theater Box Office.
